What You Need for Greek Dressing
- Olive oil: The base of this dressing is made with olive oil. Make sure to use a high-quality extra virgin olive oil for the best flavor!
- White wine vinegar: Adds a tangy and acidic flavor to the dressing that balances out the sweetness.
- Minced garlic: Don’t skip the garlic! It adds a delicious, savory flavor to the dressing.
- Honey: Adds a touch of natural sweetness that is just divine.
- Lemon juice: Freshly squeezed lemon juice adds a bright and refreshing flavor to this dressing.
- Dijon mustard: Helps emulsify the dressing and adds depth of flavor.
- Dried oregano: This herb is essential in any Greek dressing and gives it that classic Mediterranean flavor.
- Salt: Salt is essential for bringing out all the wonderful flavors of the dressing!
- Mason jar: You’ll need a mason jar or something similar to mix and store your dressing in.
Can I make this dressing vegan?
Definitely! This Greek dressing is already vegetarian but can easily be made vegan by using a plant-based sweetener instead of honey, such as maple syrup or agave nectar.
